Third Transaction:

(1) Clearasil Face Wash $3.99

Earn $3.99 ECB and $2 ECB back

At the end you will have a $3, (2) $3.99 and $2 ECB. So for $1.96 (plus the cost of the small filler in the 1st transaction) + tax you will end up with all of the above products and gain an additional $8.98 in ECB's.
